Join us for Northwest Florida’s * Southern * Holiday* Upscale * Shopping Event! We feature an entirely indoor, newly remolded venue. Our booths include Wi-Fi, power, a nightly secured facility, and a team of volunteers for assistance. Thousands of shoppers visit Holly Fair each year for a one-stop-shop to fulfill their holiday checklist. Not to mention, 100% of the net proceeds of this event go to support the Junior League of Panama City’s mission of developing positive community change. Thursday, Nov. 9th – Preview Party & Auction from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 10th – Champagne Brunch & All Day Shopping from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 11th – All Day Shopping from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 12th – All Day Shopping from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Merchant Info:

The criteria by which merchants are selected for Holly Fair include the quality, and uniqueness of merchandise, price point, booth decoration, display and promptness in returning ALL completed information.

We have the following booth sizes available: 8×6, 8×8, 8×10, 8×20 & 8×30. All booths include power & Wi-Fi. Prime site booth placements are available for additional fee.

If you are selected to be a merchant, you will be sent an invitation letter and contract packet. Booth assignments will be made after selection process is complete and signed contracts and booth fees have been received.

Please note that merchants are also required to submit a gift certificate or auction item for use during the Holly Fair weekend which must be received no later than October 1, 2023.
